  6. On first listen the track that stood out to me was Survival - I'm a sucker for those 'oohs' and 'aahs' in the background. The whole thing sounds very promising and I'm looking forward to my next few listens!

  20. SO you mixed this in your own studio? Sounds great! reminds me of a Babicz mixdown, the way some of the tunes really fuck with your eardrums - very dynamic. I really appreciate your music and have been for many years. Proud that we are from the same city!

  31. As a deeply schnauss listener and a orbtial fan also a way out west wallower i have to say: brilliant record!!!

  32. This is a great album! What is always unique about Way Out West is that they simply amaze by their complicated music and an unusual musical palette. This is what actually distinguishes a talented musician from the rest ones: the pursuit to move forvard, to develop his sound and explore new way of composing music. This album is a perfect example of all these three indicators.

  37. TOM GALANIS - GREECE

I just finished listening to the album and i will give it a 5 in a scale of 10. Thats because the sound of wow has become much more commercial than it should be plus the 'psychedelic' feeling that the early wow tunes used to have has tottaly been removed.

  41. It's been a long time since we've heard from the boys at WOW, and finally our wait is over. The reward? A decent and consistant dance album in a time when such a thing is practically gold dust! It's certainly not the best effort from Jody and Nick in my opinion; although to me, "Don't Look Now" was a really hard act to follow. I feel that the work is extremely polished with the usual finesse with regards to production, but the lack of vocals on many tracks leaves them feeling a tiny bit unfulfilled when compared to tracks like Don't Forget Me, Mindcircus or Melt. Never-the-less, this is a must have for any fan, its more reminiscent of their debut album in my opinion and it's certainly a welcome return after a long period of hiatus. Thank you Way Out West.

  42. I've just bought the CD + MP3 package and I love it. It's the best album I've heard this yearand the best Way Out West album since Intensify. Listening to it just makes me feel so happy. Thanks WOW!

    10 out of 10.

  43. Very nice. Definitely looking forward to getting this one in the mail. Proud to say that I heard Warren test drive We Love Machine at Cielo about a year ago. He was ready to pack it up and call it a night but then decided to give us retards one last dance! Great show and hope he comes back to NYC.

One of the best compilations of all 2009!

  47. Two words: absolutely awesome!

Loved your work from day one and, if it’s possible, loving it more and more each passing day! Recently started producing a little myself, but I'm still a relative novice. Certainly the fruits of your labour are what I aspire to try and match……I can only dream of one day being that good! :) If anyone’s got a spare moment check out my early attempts at

    http://www.garageband.com/artist/JbAsh

Aany feedback that can help me improve would be much appreciated.

Listened to ‘We Love Machine’ (single track) on repeat all day and I just can’t get enough of it...few other tracks have been worthy of such treatment (others include Mindcircus and Spaceman)...also particularly enjoying ‘Ultraviolet’. The only shame is that it’ll probably been a while before we're blessed with the next set of audible delights, but I’m sure this collection will keep me going until then :D

The word shall be spread wide and far...

  48. Guys, this is such a well rounded album. Only Love, Future Perfect, Ultraviolet, and Surrender stand out huge. I remember hearing a vocal version of Future Perfect at the clubs, hopefully that will be released as well!

Haven't been able to stop watching/listening to your stuff (new & old) all week. Keep it up :)

  49. I heard Ultraviolet on Armin Van Buuren's essential mix but it was labeled as Jupiter and it definitely sounded different. Was that due to it being on the mix or is it just a different mix of ultraviolet?

Yes you're right, that was an early demo version!

  51. Hi WOW,

Only minor criticism is Pleasure Control could've gone on longer. It's awesome!
